Surviving are: Cousin: Ronald Drake of Port Jervis, NY. Cousin: Josh Drake of Port Jervis, NY. Good Friend: Phil Conklin of Port Jervis, NY. Predeceased by his Good Friend: Merritt Buck Sliker. There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be held private at the convenience of the family. Cremation will be at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg, PA.
