Mrs. Kathy Ann Mitchell Longview, TX and formerly of Highland Lake, NY died Monday, March 8, 2010 at Belle Reve. She was 57.
She was born December 12, 1952 in Long Beach, NY the daughter of the late Charles and Rosemary Lang Winter, Sr.
Kathy lived in Highland Lake, NY before moving to Longview, Texas where she worked for Flynt Hills Resources.

Mother: Rosemary Winter of Leesburg, FL
Her former Husband: Kenneth Mitchell of Longview, TX. Son: Kenneth Mitchell, Jr. of Longview, TX. Daughter: Kirsten Ey and her husband Michael of Milford, PA. Daughter: Kasey Mitchell of State of, KY. Daughter: Kimberly Marchese and her husband John of Poughquag, NY. Sister: Dawn Chrisbacher and her husband Bill of Norwich, NY. 5 Grandchildren: Addison, Logan, Tessa, Trent & Tahlia. Niece: Jennifer Lovelace of Norwich, NY
Nephew James Lovelace of Norwich, NY
Sister: Kristi DiLorenzo of East Greenbush, NY
Predeceased Brother Charles Winter, Jr., he died October 8, 1978.
Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis on Friday, March 12, 2010 12:00 Noon – 2:00 pm and 4:00pm – 6:00PM
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 6:00 PM at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, with Rev. Nancy Vonderhorst officiating.
Cremation will follow at H.G. Smith Crematory with a burial of cremains in the spring in the family plot in the Montoza Cemetery, Barryville, NY.
Kathy’s wish was to have memorial contributions to be made to the Port Jervis D.A.R.E. Program, 20 Hammond St., Port Jervis, NY 12771 to help children learn important life skills including the negative effects of cigarette smoking.
