Mrs. Sophia Elston of Oldsmar, FL died Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Brookside Hospice House, Oldsmar, FL. She was 90.
She was born March 19, 1921 in Scranton, PA the daughter of the late George and the late Eva Michelizen Baran.
Sophia was married to the late Kenneth M. Elston he died August 22, 2006.
She was a member of St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Port Jervis and Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, Safety Harbor, Florida
Surviving are:
Daughter: Constance Pedone and her husband Terry Wolfe Oldsmar, FL
Son: Kenneth Elston and his wife June Tuscon, AZ
Brother-In-Law: Robert Elston Matamoras, PA

2 Great-great-granddaughters

Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Thursday, June 2, 2011 from 2 – 4pm & 6 – 8pm.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 with a 10:30 AM Prayer at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15 AM in St. Mary's R.C. Church 46 Ball St., Port Jervis, NY.
Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Jervis, NY.
