Mrs. Agnes E. Rhodes of Port Jervis, NY, died Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Milford Senior Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was 102.
She was born March 7, 1909 in Glen Spey, NY the daughter of the late John and the late Margaret Fahlsbush Weber.
She was predeceased by her first husband Francis Boyer in 1938. She was married to James Rhodes until he passed on October 30, 1968.
She worked as a machine operator at Andmore for many years.
Surviving are:
Her loving daughter Nancy Williams of Matamoras, PA
8 grandchildren: Gerald, Brian, Michael, Daniel and Andrew Borowski, Kathy Sattler, Glen Williams and Jill Giovanniello.
10 great grandchildren
Also several nieces and nephews
She was predeceased by her daughter Jean Borowski; her brothers; John, Francis and Louis Weber; her sisters; Margaret Kinney, Caroline Quick and Louise Greening; and her great grandson Nicholas Sattler.
Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, INC. 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 9:00am - 11:00am.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 with a Blessing Service at 11:00am at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home.
Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Jervis, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Agnes to the Milford Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center Activity fund, Attn: Marla Hulse, Milford Senior Care & Rehab Ctr., 264 Route 6 & 209, Milford, PA 18337.
