Mr. Roland Hartley Morgan, Sr. of Sparrowbush, NY died Friday, October 25, 2011 at Bon Secours Community Hospital. He was 74.
He was born April 18, 1937 in Port Jervis, NY the son of the late Walter and the late Mary Elizabeth Masker Morgan.
Roland married Mary Ann Tufano on June 18, 1961 in Port Jervis, NY.
He worked as a Carpenter for Zitone Construction in Montague, NJ.
A family statement read: ''He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother. He was a hard worker and was always willing to help others. He enjoyed the outdoors and a good joke.''
Surviving are:
Wife: Mary Ann Morgan at home.
Daughter: Mary Ann Fodor and her husband Glenn of Rock Hill, NY.
3 Sons: Roland Morgan, Jr. and his wife Cynthia of Greeley, PA; Jason Morgan of Port Jervis, NY and Anthony Russell Morgan of Port Jervis, NY.
Brother: Russell Morgan and his wife Florence of Port Jervis, NY. Sister: Thelma Peer and her husband Howard of Hudson, NY.
12 Grandchildren: Shane, Shannon, Stefan, Christopher, Heather, Lance, Bruce, Amanda, Roland III, Bryan, Cody and Jeffrey
1 Great Grandson: Erik
Also several Nieces and nephews
Predeceased Daughter: Julie Ann Morgan
3 Predeceased Sisters: Evelyn Hicks, Mildred Morgan And Philomena Talmadge

Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis on Thursday, October 27, 2011 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Gray-Parker Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Cassidy officiating.
Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, NY.
