Mary Catherine McConnell of Matamoras, PA a 35 year resident of the area, died Monday, February 21, 2005 at her home. She was 80.
She was born May 3, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Joseph P. and the late Anna Neumann Schof. She was the widow of the late John H. McConnell.
She was a member of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Matamoras, PA and the Altar & Rosary Society; Catholic Daughters Of Americas, Court Madonna No. 114; and Matamoras Senior Citizens.
After moving to Matamoras in 1970, for several years she had been employed at Proclaimation Productions, Port Jervis and later Kolmar Labs.

She was predeceased by a sister, Rita Reifert
Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005 2: - 4: & 7: - 9:PM.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Feb. 28, 2005 with a Mass of the Resurrection at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph's R.C. Church with Rev. August A. Ricciardi officiating.
Burial will be at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale,, NY.
