Mr. Patrick D. Hayes, 57, of Port Jervis, NY a former employee at Homer’s Coffee Shop and 25 year resident of Port Jervis, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at his home.
He was born April 30, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY the son of the late Richard J.and the late Ann B. McGlynn Hayes, Sr.
He was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Port Jervis.
He is survived by:
Brother: Richard J. Hayes, Jr. and his wife, Claudette of New Jersey
4 sisters: Veronica Basile Port Jervis
Patricia Sisson and her husband, Don Cazenovia, NY
Alice Devine and her husband, Rich of North Ridge, CA
Kathleen Grabowski Levittown, PA
Also many nieces and Nephews
He was predeceased by a brother, John B. Hayes
and two sisters Helen Denardo and Margaret Krzyzczuk

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2007 with a prayer at 10:15 AM at Gray-Parker Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Mary's R.C. Church with Rev. Dennis M. Dinan officiating.
Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Jervis, NY.
