Jack E. ‘Johnny’ Biccum of Port Jervis, NY, retired from SkyDyne and lifetime resident of the area, made his passage into his eternal rest on Monday, July 2, 2007 at St. Lukes Hospital, Newburgh, NY. He was 72.
He was born March 3, 1935 in Sandyston, NJ, and was the loving son of the late Jack and the late Harriet Collins Biccum.
Johnny was a devoted and loving family man who touched many lives. A proud American he was an Army veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Roosa - Fleming V. F. W. Post No. 161, Port Jervis
He is survived by his wife and best friend of 50 years, Ellen L. Fife Biccum at home; a daughter: Ellen L. Kelly and her husband, Joseph of Richfield, PA; 4 sons: Kenneth L. Biccum and his wife, Eva of Godeffroy
Donald J. Biccum and his wife, Mary Ann of Godeffroy
Andrew J. Biccum and his wife, Jessica of Middletown
Terrance B. Biccum of Middletown
Grandchildren: Rachel, Shaine, Sean, Wendy, Brian, Sara, Tiffany, Nicole, Donald, Amber, Cheryl, Andrew and Zachery. Great-grandchildren: Trent, Trevor, Maria and Sam. He is further survived by brothers and sisters: Harry, Beverly, Lee, Mabel, Mary, Perry, Darcy and Melanie, as well as many, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by a brother, Durwood, sister, Betty Jean and granddaughter, Victoria Biccum.

A celebration of life – brunch gathering for all family members will be held at the home of son, Kenneth Biccum at noon Thursday, July 5, 2007. Please call a family member for directions.

Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 East Main Street, Port Jervis on Thursday, July 5, 2007 6: pm – 9: PM.

Funeral services and Veteran Services will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 8:00 PM at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, 100 East Main Street, Port Jervis.Cremation will be at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg, PA.
