Dr. Deborah Blincoe, Ph.D. of Cuddebackville, NY died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at home with her family by her side . She was 52.
She was born July 17, 1955 in Louisville, KENTUCKY the daughter of the late Caden and Elizabeth Mayo Blincoe.
She married Rev. Dr. John Forrest, Ph.D. June 21, 1986 in Cuddebackville, NY.
She worked as a Grant Writer for the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY.
She was a currator for the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance in Narrowsburg, NY.
She received her 2nd degree Black Belt and was a Teacher at Espie’s Tang Soo Do Academy in Port Jerivs, NY. She was also an artist Model.
Deborah was a member of the Otisville-Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church.

Mother: Elizabeth Mayo Blincoe and her husband Jim McFarlane Fort Thomas, KY

Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis on Saturday, September 22, 2007 2pm – 4pm.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 23rd at 1:30pm at the Otisville-Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, 25 Main Street, Otisville, NY 10963 with Rev. Jeffrey Farley officiating.
Burial will be at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY.
