Mr. Willis ''Fred'' Baisley of Westbrookville, NY and a longtime resident of the area died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at home. He was 71.
He was born January 5, 1940 in Suffern, NY the son of the late Willis and the late Jenny Call Baisley.
Fred married Carolyn Stegmayer on March 27, 1960 in Thiels, NY.
He worked for Tilcon as a Truck Driver and was a member of the Teamsters Local #445, Newburgh, NY.
Fred proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
A family statement read: ''Fred enjoyed spending time in his garage with his brother, western movies and country music. He was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. He will be greatly missed.''
Surviving are:
Wife: Carolyn Baisley at home.
3 Sons: Frederick Baisley and his wife Tina of Cuddebackville, NY, Steven Baisley and his wife Sue of Huguenot, NY and Eric Baisley and his wife Caitlyn of Port Jervis, NY.
1 Daughter: Stacy Baisley at home.
3 Brothers: Alexander Baisley and his companion Dorothy of Highland Falls, NY, Conrad Baisley and his wife Lora of Ocala, FL and Arthur Baisley and his wife Louise of Middletown, NY.
4 Sisters: Elizabeth Muntz and her husband Donald of CA, Bernice DeGroat of Spring Valley, NY, Diana Mann and her companion Robert of Washingtonville, NY and Lillian Youmans and her companion Edward of Walden, NY.
7 Grandchidren: Christopher, Kyle, Sarah And Her Husband Daniel, Melissa, Jason, Jessica And Alexis.
1 Great Grandson: Aeden

Friends may call at Gray-Parker Funeral Home, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm.
Funeral services will be held Thursday September 8th at 10:00 AM from Gray-Parker Funeral Home, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis
Burial will be at Westbrookville Cemetery, Westbrookville, NY.
