| | | Mr. Karl A. Augustin Sparrowbush, NYMr. Karl A. Augustin of Sparrowbush, NY, died Monday, February 13, 2012 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 77.
He was born January 28, 1935 in Germany, the son of the late John and the late Elizabeth Lompa.
Augustin Karl married Helga Schubert 49 years ago on October 27, 1962.
He was the Owner and Operator of A&W Products in Port Jervis.
Surviving are: His loving wife Helga Augustin at home. 1 Son: George Augustin of Boca Raton, FL 1 Daughter: Karen Augustin of Phoenix, AZ 1 Brother: Georg Augustin of Port Jervis, NY 1 Grandson: Brandon Augustin 9 Nieces & Nephews 5 Great Nieces & Nephews He was predeceased by his Brother: Hans Augustin and his two sisters; Kaethe Augustin and Renate Cox.
Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, INC. 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Thursday, February 23, 2012 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 with a 9:15am prayer at the funeral home followed by a 10:00am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 46 Ball St., Port Jervis, with Rev. George Hafemann officiating.
Cremation will be at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, 733 Third Ave., 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10017.
