Mrs. Jeanette Porter of Port Jervis, NY died Monday, March 5, 2012 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 67.
She was born June 22, 1944 in Fairview, NJ the daughter of the late Walter and the late Pauline Fred McGuire.
Jeanette married Timothy L. Porter on December 26, 1982 in Fairview, NJ and they were married for 17 years prior to his death on May 21, 2000.
Earlier in life before she became ill she worked for Liz Claiborne in Secaucus, NJ as a customer Service Representative.
She was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Port Jervis.
A family statement read: “Jeanette was a loving Sister, Aunt and Good Friend who will be greatly missed.”

Sister: Maureen Hildebrandt and her husband Charles Port Jervis, NY
Sister: Pauline Green and her husband George Jim Thorpe, PA
Sister-in-law: Carol McGuire Fairfield, NJ
Sister-in-law: Dolores McGuire Lyndhurst, NJ
Brother-in-law: Cedrick Porter Windham, ME
Brother-in-law: Ronald Porter Windham, ME
Brother-in-law: Alan Michael Porter Englewood, NJ
Also several nieces and nephews

Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis on Friday, March 9, 2012 from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM followed by a blessing service at 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
Cremation will be at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg, PA with a burial in Madonna Cemetery & Mausoleum, Fort Lee, NJ
