Mr. Ernest W. Allen Jr. of Sparrowbush, NY a machine operator at C & D Technology, Huguenot and resident or the area for many years, died Thursday, February 16, 2006 at Bon Secours Community Hospital. He was 53.
He was born December 28, 1952 in Fort Monouth, NJ the son of Jane Jannarone Allen and the late Ernest W. Allen Sr.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Port Jervis and the Sparrowbush Vol. Fire Dept.
A family statement read, “Ernie was an avid camper and enjoyed talking to friends while sitting on his stool at the Port Jervis Diner“.
Surviving are: Wife: Ruth Nordling Allen at home
3 sons: Tracey Allen Independence, Wisc.

Friends may call at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Sunday, February 19, 2006 2: - 4: & 7: - 9:pm. Fire Dept services will be held on Sunday at 7:30 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Feb. 20, 2006 at 10:30 AM at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, 100 East Main Street, Port Jervis with Rev. Stephen Huston officiating.

Burial will be at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 407 E. Main St., Middletown, N.Y. 10940
