Mr. Richard F. Belcher of Port Jervis, NY a former employee at Gillanders Glass, and lifetime resident of the area, died Friday, February 23, 2007 at home. He was 46.
He was born January 24, 1961 in Port Jervis, the son of the late Harry Belcher.
He married Blanche Conklin on October 22 1988, in Port Jervis.
A family statement read: Richard was a loving husband and father. He loved working in the yard. He also enjoyed caring for his fish tank and his plants.
