| | | William H. Anderson, 76 of Thief River Falls, MN died Friday, January 16, 2009 at MeritCare Northwest Campus in Thief River Falls.
William Henry “Billy” Anderson was born on July 17, 1932 in Thief River Falls to John and Ellen (Richardson) Anderson. Billy was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith.
In the 1950’s Billy moved to the farm of Dorothy and Hans Anton. During those years he worked hard with the many jobs that come with life on the farm. He truly enjoyed life there and especially enjoyed the companionship with family, neighbors, and visitors.
In 2003 Billy moved to Valley Home in Thief River Falls. When Billy wasn’t working he enjoyed watching TV, and drawing pictures of airplanes, as well as cars and many other things. Billy was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Thief River Falls
Billy is survived by his sister, Catherine (Cliff) Vigness of Thief River Falls; nieces and nephews, Jon (Janet) Anton of Thief River Falls, Sharon (Roger) Peterson of Thief River Falls, Cathy (Daniel) Rominski of Stephen, MN, Chuck (Wanda) Vigness of Thief River Falls; 9 great nieces and nephews; and 10 great-great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald Anderson; sister, Dorothy (Hans) Anton; and infant sister, Grace.
