Loretta Cyr
Loretta Cyr, a resident of Somersworth, NH, and formerly of Beacon, died Saturday, November 12, 2005, at Wentworth-Douglas Hospital, Dover, NH. She was 69.
Born in Tarrytown, NY, on December 14, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Sylvio and Yevette Gagnon Cyr.
Mrs. Cyr is survived by three sons, Stanley E. Whiting, New Hampshire, Kurt Castaldo and Albert John Castaldo, both of Florida; her daughter, Teresa Byrne, Balmville, NY; Two brothers, Arthur and Donald Cyr, both of New York; three sisters, Norma Torson, Texas, Mary Kathleen Cyr, New York, and Madeline Miller, Arizona; her grandchildren, Christian and Kevin Byrne, and her step granchildren, James and Nicole Minns.
Visitation will be Monday, November 21, 2005, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Halvey Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Willow Street, Beacon.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Joachim's, 61 Leonard Street, Beacon.
Interment will follow In St. Joachim's Cemetery, 303 Washington Avenue, Beacon.
