Constance G. Nenni, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, a resident of Fishkill, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010. She was 76.

Born in Beacon, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Helen Karalack Goeres. She married James C. Nenni, Sr. who survives at home in Fishkill.

Mrs. Nenni retired from Supple Law Office in Beacon, where she was a legal secretary. She was Vice President and Secretary of Nenni Construction Corp. She was of the Baha’i faith. She loved her family and her dogs.

In addition to her husband, she is survived and will be sadly missed by her son, James C. Nenni, Jr., LaGrange; her daughter, Debra Nenni McNamee and her husband, Stephen, Hopewell Junction; her brother, Kenneth Goeres, Florida; her sister, Joan Manning Smith, Saugerties; and her granddaughter, Sarah Nenni Sherar and her husband, Erik, Montgomery. The family says that her memory will live in their hearts.

The family will receive their friends on Monday, March 15, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.at Halvey Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Willow Street, Beacon.

Entombment will be on Tuesday, March 16, at 11 a.m. at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
