Margueritte F. Steins
Lifelong Resident of Tonawanda
Margueritte (nee Bronschidle) Steins, age 93, of Tonawanda, died Friday, November 28, 2008 after a long illness. Born in Tonawanda, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Lydia (nee Reppentine) Bronschidle and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi parish. She worked in the office at Trico Products in Buffalo, before retiring. She was the wife of the late Ora Chewning, William Kran, and William Steins, Sr., and sister of the late Walter Bronschidle, Robert Bronschidle and Dorothy Bronschidle, Rita Fingerlow, and Marion Brady.
She is survived by her brother, Arthur (Jean) Bronschidle; two sisters-in-law, Rose Bronschilde and Shirley Bronschidle; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 1-4 PM on Sunday only at the Hamp Funeral Home, Inc., Adam and Seymour Streets, Tonawanda, where services will be held at 4 PM. Friends invited. Interment will be cared for privately at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda.
