Kenneth L. Doucet Kenneth L. Doucet, age 79, of Amherst, died Thursday, January 1, 2009 at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Born in New Brunswick, Canada, he was the son of the late Lionel and Rena (nee Whalen) Doucet. He had been employed at Union Carbide Company in the Town of Tonawanda before retiring. He was the brother of the late Dudley Doucet. He is survived by four daughters, Linda Doucet, Nancy (Joseph) Polito, Cheryl (Joseph) Sileo, and Kim (Gary) Mings; and a sister, Twila Skeels. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. There is no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 AM Wednesday at St. Christopher R.C. Church on Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Town of Tonawanda. Friends invited. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Hamp Funeral Home, Inc., Adam and Seymour Streets, Tonawanda.
