Mr. Donald R. (Don) Reade | Special Services:
Funeral services were held on Tuesday July 28, 2009 at the Hanlin Funeral Home. Pastor Pete Crawford delivered the funeral message and closing prayer. Following the services at Don's request cremation has taken place.

| | | Don passed away late Friday afternoon July 24, 2009 at the Tendercare Nursing Home in Frankenmuth Michigan, Don was 90.
Donald R. Reade the son of Ernest & Gladys (Patterson) Reade was born in Ontario Canada on September 28, 1918,coming to the US as a young child. Don served our country during WW-II in the US-Navy. Following his time in the Navy Don returned home and married Miss Noreen DeCoste, and Noreen and Don have celebrated 58 years of marriage. Don retired in 1981 from the State of Michigan, after 34 years of employment as a Interviewer for the MESC. Don leaves his wife Noreen, three children, son and daughter in-law, John & Linda Reade, two-daughters, Kathleen Edwards, and Penny Macaulay. Six grandchildren, and a great grandson. His nieces, Vivian & Glen Bader, and Lynn & Dennis Schwartz. Nephew, Mark & Mari MacRobb, as well as other extended family and friends. Memorial Gifts of Remembrance can be directed to a chairity of choice. Hanlin Funeral Home has been assisting with the arrangements.
