Mrs. Donna Jean Pogoreski | Special Services:
Memorial services were held on Saturday August 29, 2009 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Millington. Pastor James Bruner delivered the funeral message and the closing prayers of the service. The family honored Donna's request and cremation has taken place. Memorial Gifts of Remembrance can be directed to the American Heart Association.

| | | Donna passed from our world into God's Kingdom early Tuesday evening while at the Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Donna was 68.
Donna Jean Gorde the daughter of Henry & Kathleen (Beller) Gorde was born on June 1, 1942. On June 8, 1963 Donna married Charles Pogoreski, and she and Charles have celebrated 45 years of marriage. Donna was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Millington. She also had a great love for animals. Donna leaves her husband Charles, two sons and a daughter in-law, Mark Pogoreski, and Aric & Connie Pogoreski. Five grandchildren, David, Matthew, Julian,Jacob, and Ruben. She leaves also a sister Margaret Sanford, a brother, John Gorde. Donna leaves also several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Donna is preceeded in death by her parents, and two sisters Bernice and Gladys. Hanlin Funeral Home has been assisting the family with arrangements for Donna.
