No one likes to think about death, let alone plan for it. By pre-planning your funeral, you relieve your family of having to make important financial decisions during a period of great stress and grief a time when people aren't thinking very clearly and may not know what to do because you’ve never made your wishes known.
Pre-planning your funeral can be very informal, and as simple as jotting down your preferences and sharing your wishes with a family. More formal arrangements in the form of a preneed contract can be set up with us and can be pre-funded through life insurance, trust agreements or other methods. Throughout life you’re always planning usually for the future which maybe for the kids college, weddings, retirement and even as simple as planning for next week. I'm sure there's a calendar of events on everyone’s refrigerator or by the phone. Think of it as the final portion of your estate planning. If you took the time to plan how your estate should be settled to help the children. Why not pre-plan and if you’re able pre-finance your funeral for them as well? They'll be great full that you took the time to do one last thing for them. What a way to show your lifelong love for them. If you would like please call we'd be honored to assist with any questions and to show you just how pre-planning your funeral can make it easier for your family.
