Funeral Services and Mass of Christian Burial for Phyllis M. DeLeu Voss, 80, a resident of Davenport will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Davenport. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be offered at 4:30 p.m. Additional visitation will be in the Gathering Space at St. Paul the Apostle on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
Phyllis died Saturday, September 19, 2009, at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, after a brief illness.
Phyllis Marie Brandt was born April 15, 1929, in Davenport, the daughter of Charles and Esther (Glick) Brandt. She was united in marriage to Albert DeLeu in 1948; he preceded her in death in 1975. She later married Waldo “Wally” Voss, June 3, 1978 at St. Paul the Apostle Church, Davenport
Phyllis was a 76-year member of St. Paul the Apostle. She will be sorely missed by the birds of north Davenport.

Center of the Quad Cities, 2810 State St. Bettendorf, 52722.
Survivors include her husband Waldo; a son Chuck DeLeu, Bothell, WA; a sister, Marcia Arbogast, Davenport; sisters in law, Glenda Brandt, Davenport and Barbara Brandt, Boynton Beach, FL. and numerous nieces and nephews
Phyllis was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert, her parents, and brothers, David and Donald Brandt.
