| | | Raymond M. Delgado, 27, a resident of Davenport, died Monday, September 28, 2009 after a brief illness at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
Funeral services for Ray will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 2, 2009 at the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Burial will take place in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
Ray graduated from Central High School. He was supported and loved by New Choices Incorporated for the last 8 years.
Ray won many medals and ribbons participating in the Special Olympics. He enjoyed Power Rangers, music, dancing, singing, bowling, pool, and singing. His smile made others smile. Ray was loved by all that knew him and worked with him.
Ray is survived by many special friends and family.
