| | | Funeral services to Celebrate the Life of Rick L. Beebe, 56, a resident of Bettendorf will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 15, 2009 in the All Faith Chapel of the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home, 614 Main Street, Davenport. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Where QCVVA Post # 299 will conduct graveside military services. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 14th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Heritage Weslyan Church, Rock Island.
Rick died unexpectedly Friday, October 9th at University of Iowa Hospital, Iowa City.
Ricky Lee Beebe was born June 11, 1953 in Canton, Ohio to Benjamin and Bernice (Harmon) Beebe. He was united in marriage to Kim Perez in Davenport.
Rick proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force where he retired after 23 years of service with the rank of Master Sgt. He was employed as safety and risk manager for the Thoms Proestler Company.
He is survived by his loving wife Kim; his daughter, Sarah Lueth and his three grandsons, Zachary, Austin and Samuel, all of Bettendorf; his parents, Benjamin and Bernice Beebe, Canton, OH; two sisters, Judi and Lou Giammettei, Anaheim, CA and Joni and Danny Altimore, Carrollton, OH; a brother, Randy Beebe, Canton, OH; as well as several nieces and nephews.
