| | | Funeral services to celebrate the life of Denny H. Kraklio, 44, a resident of Davenport will be 12:00 Noon Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009 at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Burial will take place in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday prior to services at the funeral home from 10:00 until 12:00 p.m. Denny passed away on Thursday October 29th, 2009 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus.
Denny Haven Kraklio was born on November 20th, 1964 in Iowa City, the son of Richard Kraklio and Sandra (Leach) Bowman. Denny was a 1982 graduate of North Scott High School. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Davenport. He enjoyed fishing, racing, and spending time with his many downtown Davenport friends. He loved the fair and other events in the community.
Survivors include his parents, mother, Sandra J. (Kenneth) Bowman, Davenport; father, Richard (Lavern) Kraklio, Moline; his sisters, Sherri Kraklio (Leroy Miller), Walcott, Roberta Layman, Donahoo, IA, Carol (Steve) Woods, Theresa (Doug) Edlund, all of Moline, his brothers, Ronald (Rhonda) Kraklio, and George Thompson, all of Moline, as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and his special friends, Rita, Lakin, Gail, and Joannie.
