| | | Billy F. Farrow, age 66, of Manila, died Monday at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Etowah, he was the son of the late William H. Farrow and had lived most of his life in Manila. He served in the U. S. Army Reserve and was a retired farmer. Mr. Farrow was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Manila. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Farrow, and a sister, Mary "Chee Chee" Quick.
Survivors include his wife, Kaye Broom Farrow of the home.

1 daughter and son-in-law, Jonna and Dan Lackey of Manila
His mother, Mary Farrow of Manila
2 sisters;
Clara Gilbert of Steele, Missouri
Brenda Hall of Palm Bay, Florida
Billy also leaves the loves of his life, his three grandchildren, Mary Kathryn, Chloe and Eli.
Funeral service will be 11am Thursday at the First United Methodist Church in Manila with Rev. Jerry Pentecost officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila. The family will receive visitors Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
