| | | Teresa Kay Puckett, age 50, of Leachville, died Wednesday at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Leachville she was the daughter of the late Charles Clifton and Betty Jones McCoy and had been a lifelong Buffalo Island resident. Teresa was a 1977 graduate of Monette High School and later attended Southern Baptist College and Arkansas Northeastern College. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Leachville and was the librarian for the Leachville Library. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Susan McCoy.
Survivors include her husband, Bert Puckett of Leachville.
1 son, Eric Carson Puckett of Leachville
2 brothers; David McCoy of Leachville and Charles McCoy of Bono
2 sisters; Helen McCoy and Mary McCoy both of Monette
Funeral service will be 11 am Saturday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. David Price officiating. Burial will follow in Leachville Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Friday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. Guest register @ www.HowardFuneralService.com
