| | | Mr. Douglas Wayne Lasater, age 66, of Manila, died Sunday at his home. Born at Manila, he was the son of the late Thomas and Marie Barnhart Lasater and was a lifelong Manila resident. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Manila and was a U. S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Lasater was a retired welder for Southworth Products Corp. of Manila.
Survivors include his wife, Rudy Price Lasater of the home
2 Sons:
Mitchell Lasater and his wife Tracy of Leachville
Shane Lasater and his wife Tamara of Manila
1 brother, Donald Lasater and his wife Barbara of Manila
1 sister, Yvonne "Nate" Williams of Burnet, Texas
3 grandchildren; Allan Wayne Lasater, Breona Morgan Lasater, and Samara Lasater
Funeral service will be 2 pm Tuesday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. James Chipman officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Monday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
