Scott Barrett, age 38, of Leachville died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at his home.
Born at St. Louis, Missouri Mr. Barrett was the son of the late Robert and Brenda Tulus Barrett and had been a Leachville resident for most of his life. A 1988 graduate of Buffalo Island Central High School he had worked as a roofer and carpenter. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Leachville.
Surviviors include his wife Ulala Staniford Barrett of Leachville and one son Brett Barrett of Trumann. He also leaves a stepdaughter April Sunshine Ferrington of Louisiana, a sister Sheila Huddleston of Manila, one niece Brandy Huddleston
of Manila and one nephew Brogan Collins of Leachville.
Cremation arrangements were handled by Howard Funeral Service and no services will be held.
