| | | Viola "Connie" Jones, 66 of Manila, died Friday Oct. 30th, 2009 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Mrs. Jones was born at the Lost Cane Community near Manila and was the daughter of the late Eber and Velma Sisson Robinson. She had been a lifelong Manila area resident and was a member of Fairview Church of God. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Kathy Edge.
Survivors include:
Her husband, Odell Jones of Manila
One son, Lee Jones of Manila
Three brothers: Donald Robinson of Leachville, Sid Robinson and Raymond Robinson both of Manila
Four sisters: Clara Duncan and Linda Robinson both of Leachville, Catherine Collins of Mountian View and Flossie Jewell of Blytheville
Four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren
Funeral service will be 2pm Tuesday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Carl Edge officiating. Burial will follow in Leachville Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Tuesday from 11am until service time. Guest register @ www.HowardFuneralService.com
