| | | KISSIMMEE, FL: Nancy Jane (Schremmer) Cassin went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on March 28, 2008. She was born in 1933 in Bridgeport, CT and relocated to Kissimmee, FL in January 1980 with her family. She worked as a waitress and in her forties went to college to become a social worker with Help Now Outreach. She leaves behind her husband of 55 years Gerald Kenneth Cassin Sr. and four children: Gerald Kenneth Cassin Jr. and wife Gretchen of Oxford, CT, Frank James Cassin and wife Camie of Naugatuck, CT, Christa Ann Cassin, and Randall Joseph Cassin and fiancée Diana Shanck of Kissimmee. Brothers: Larry Schremmer and wife Dale of Shelton, CT, Frank Schremmer and wife Candice of Naugatuck,CT. Sister: Sandra Lester and husband Butch of Port St. Lucie, Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Nancy Jane Cassin will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, Kissimmee. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour, CT has care of local arrangements.
