FRANCES LEE Frances Lee, 74 of Mountain Home, Arkansas formerly of Rector passed away on September 20, 2009 at her residence. She was born October 9, 1934 to the late Charles and Lillie (Duncan) Ward in Lowes County Kentucky. Frances is survived by two sons: Willie and Linda Banning of Piggott, Henry Banning of Mountain Home, two daughters: Sharon and Ken Crawford of Mountain Home, Brenda and Donnie Carter of Bakersfield, Missouri, two brothers: Charles Ward and Buddy Ward of Paducah, Kentucky, eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Irby Funeral Home in Rector with Brother Bobby Carter officiating. Interment will be at the Woodland Heights Cemetery.
