VENEEDA VANGILDER Veneeda Vangilder, 89 of Rector passed from this life on October 4, 2009 at St. Bernard's Hospital. She was born May 1, 1920 to the late Steve and Cora (Pace) Yancey in Greene County, Arkansas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Jessie Vangilder in 1978. Veneeda is survived by several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Irby Funeral Home in Rector with William Vangilder and Freddie Barker officiating. Interment will be at the Woodland Heights Cemetery. Visitation starts Wednesday at 10:30 a.m at the Irby Funeral Home. You may sign the online guest book at www.irbyfuneralhome.com
