LINDA SUE GILLMORE Linda Gillmore, 68 of Marmaduke passed away October 14, 2009 at the Evergreen Nursing Home in Rector. She was born April 13, 1941 to the late Earner "Bud" and Verdie (Smart) Kent in Greene County. Linda worked as a cook at Couches Barbeque for eighteen years, was a wonderful homemaker and was a member of the Lafe Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son: Dale Clements, two brothers: Marvin and Dennis Kent and three sisters: Janice Smith, Melba Kent, and Edna Baledge. Linda is survived by her husband Jerry Gillmore of thirty-six years, two daughters: Tracy Clements of Brookland, Melissa Boode of Lynn, Arkansas, one brother: Adren Kent of Paragould along with a host of other family and friends. Her funeral service will be Friday, October 16, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Irby Funeral Home in Marmaduke with Brother Kim Bridges officiating. Interment will be at Harvey's Chapel in Marmaduke.
