I just wanted to send my condolences for you and your family. I only worked at Windhaven a couple months before Floyd's passing, but he was one of my favorites to take care of. He was either watching sports or playing video games, and you could always get a laugh out of him. He will be dearly missed. | From: Leah 08/11/2009 08:49 AM

Larry and boys,
We are so sorry that we are unable to be at the funeral for Floyd. We are just too far away to get there in time.
Boys, we saw your Grandfather in May and so enjoyed our visit then. He told us all about each of you and also showed us all the pictures he had on his refrigerator and around. We really enjoyed that since we don't know you personally.
Our daughter, Bonnie and our grandchildren will be there tonight and tomorrow so you can connect us to family.
We will miss seeing Floyd when we are in Iowa which is only about once or twice a year.
We do send our message of love and caring. I guess I couldn't say that we wish a longer life. Sometimes the blessing is that they can go quietly as Mother did and not have to suffer anymore.
