SELVIN — Jerry Ray Duncan, 66, died Friday, November 30, 2007, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville.

Jerry was born March 19, 1941, in Mount Vernon, Indiana.

Jerry retired from Alcoa Warrick Operations in l993 and drove a school bus for Hahn Transportation.

Jerry was past master of the Newburgh Masonic Lodge No. 174, a member of the Masonic Strangers Rest Lodge No. 240 and honorary member of Lynnville Masonic Lodge No. 396.

He was also a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Evansville, Hadi Shriners, Hadi Shrine Legion of Honor, Sword of Bunker Hill, York Rite, a former member of Hadi White Horse Patrol, Warrick County Pastmasters Club, Lynnville Order of Eastern Star No. 542, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Dusty Trails Saddle Club.

Jerry was a member of Old Friendship Church of Lynnville and a U.S. Army veteran.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline and Gussie Duncan, by his wife, Judy, sister, Doris Dickerson, and brothers, Elvey Thomas and Kenneth Duncan.

Surviving Jerry are his wife, Dianna (Oxley) Duncan; daughter, Shannon (Ross) Musgrave of Nashville, Tenn.; son, Dennis (Leigh) Duncan of Heilman, Ind.; stepson, Kerry (Paula) Weitkamp of Selvin, Ind.; five granddaughters, Whitley and Kylie Duncan, Brandie, Jade and Megan Weitkamp; sisters, Ann Viars, Sue Lomax, Carolyn Davis and Linda Collier, all of Henderson, Ky.; sister-in-law, Francis Duncan of Mount Vernon, Ind.; brothers, Gussie (Pat) Duncan Jr. of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, Donald (Linda) Duncan of Henderson, Ky., Bill (Marilyn) Duncan of Granite City, Ill., and Mike (Deretha) Duncan of Owensville, Ind.; and special close friends, Carman and Brad Downing, aunts, uncles and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at Koehler Funeral Home - Boonville Chapel. The Rev. Phil Elikofer will officiate the service. Burial will be in the Selvin Cemetery, with military rites by the Warrick County Veterans Memorial Services. Friends may call Sunday, Dec. 2, from noon until 8 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. until service time at Koehler Funeral Home - Boonville Chapel. A Shrine Walkthrough will be at 6:45 p.m., followed by a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. Sunday.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution in memory of Jerry may be made to the Old Friendship Church Building Fund of Lynnville, Indiana.
