Marjorie "Marge" McCormick, 90, passed away on May 31, 2012, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born in Providence, Kentucky, to Martin and Verlie Grant. Preceding her in death was her husband, Arthur "Mac" McCormick; and brother, Delmar Grant. She retired from Sears and was a lifetime member of the Eastern Star. Marge enjoyed flowers, bird watching and her family. She is survived by son, Jerry McCormick, of Louisville, Ky.; daughter, Brenda McCormick, of Boonville, Ind.; sister, Dorothy (Marion) Brown, of Henderson, Ky.; granddaughters, Kelly (Jason) Johnson and Kerrie McCormick, of Louisville, Ky., and Kathryn (Justin) Nolen, of Springboro, Ohio; grandson, Jacob Nolen, in whom she found an endless supply of love and affection; and niece, Delores (Virgil) Higginbottom, of Mount Vernon, Ind. Memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2012, at First Christian Church, Newburgh, Ind.
