Reinholdt Henry Nolte was born March 5, 1921 to Carl and Elizabeth (Beck) Nolte in Martin County, Minnesota. He received his education in rural school in District #42 until he attended and later graduating from Dr. Martin Luther in New Ulm, Minnesota. On August 12, 1951, he was united in marriage to Esther Brockman at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn, Minnesota. After their marriage they lived on a farm in the Sherburn and Welcome area until moving to their present farm in Manyaska Township, rural Sherburn. Reinholdt was employed as a welder in Sherburn, Dunnell and later at Astori in Jackson. Esther died on July 30, 1998. Reinholdt remained living on the farm until becoming a resident of the Trimont Health Care Center. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn. Reinholdt passed away on Monday morning, June 2, 2008, at the Trimont Health Care Center in Trimont, Minnesota, at the age of 87.   Survivors include his four sons, Eugene Nolte of Windom, Minnesota, Andrew Nolte and wife, Kathy, of rural Sherburn, Minnesota, Wayne Nolte of Blaine, Minnesota, Peter Nolte and wife, Nan, of New Richmond, Wisconsin; two daughters, Marie Russenberger and husband, Kurt, of Royal, Iowa and Elaine Russenberger and husband, Kreg of Rock Rapids, Iowa; six grandchildren; brother, Paul Nolte and wife, Freida, of Fairmont, Minnesota; two sisters-in-law, Alma Waldee of Sherburn, Minnesota and Helen Jensen of Pipestone, Minnesota; nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.   Reinholdt was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Esther Nolte; brothers, Edwin, Walter, Bernhardt and Robert Nolte; sister, Selma Schultz and other relatives. Interment will be in the Sherburn Cemetery in Sherburn, Minnesota.
