| | | Eunice Louise Ella Krusemark was born December 13, 1919 to Ervin and Mary (Storbeck) Krusemark in Fraser Township, Martin County Minnesota. She was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome, Minnesota. She received her education in rural country school Dist. 88 and later graduated from Tri-Mont High School in 1937. On August 24, 1941 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Flohrs at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome, Minnesota. After their marriage Kenneth was inducted into the 50th Engineer’s Group. She then was employed for WD Hodgman, Trimont Coop and Trimont Hospital as a bookkeeper and receptionist. She was a very active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and member of their LWML. She also was a member of TASK of Trimont, Minnesota. Her hobbies included gardening, quilting and playing bridge.
Eunice passed away on Monday morning, July 21, 2008, at the Fairmont Medical Center-Mayo Health System in Fairmont, Minnesota, at the age of 88.
Survivors include two children, son Glen Flohrs of Burnsville, Minnesota; daughter Marcia and her husband Karl Huber of Northfield, Minnesota; three grandchildren; Kevin Huber of Eagan, Minnesota, Kristin and her husband, Luke Peterson of Fairmont, Minnesota and Nathan Flohrs of Eagan, Minnesota; three great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Elaina and Gloria Peterson; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Kenneth; three sisters, brother and other relatives.
