Desmond Davison was born July 10, 1925 to Ariel and Alice (Booth) Davison at Calgary, Alberta Canada. He graduated from Highwood High School in Montana. Desmond was employed as a truck driver driving for various Trucking Companies for forty-five years living in Great Falls, Montana. On December 27, 1963, he was united in marriage to Beverly Hansen at Waverly Lutheran Church in rural Trimont , Minnesota. After their marriage they they lived in Ormsby, Minnesota and Bremerton, Washington until returning to Trimont on January 11, 2008. Desmond greatly enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting.

Desmond died on Tuesday evening, November 25, 2008, at Fairmont Medical Center in Fairmont, Minnesota, at the age of eighty-three years.
 
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Davison of Trimont, Minnesota; daughters, Margaret Daily of Great Falls, Montana, Donna Buckley and Diane Dolan all of Great Falls, Montana, Kirsten “Davison” (Doug) Wicksell of Bremerton, Washington; son, Alex Davison of Great Falls, Montana; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Phyllis (Roger) Markeson of Ormsby, Minnesota, Deanna Patenaude of Crookston, Minnesota; brother-in-law, Butch Hansen of Phoenix, Arizona; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
 
Desmond was preceded in death by his parents and other relatives.

Inurnment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in rural Trimont, Minnesota at a later date.
