It won't be easy, but it can be done and we''re committed to helping you move through the grief recovery process at your individual pace. Grief experience after the death of a loved one should never be held inside, but allowed the freedom to be expressed. We can help you in the following ways.

L. Harold Poole Funeral Service and Crematory offer a wide variety of books for all ages that can greatly assist you. The reading materials often allow individuals to understand where they are in the grieving process and why they are feeling the way they do. It helps to remind them, they are not "losing their mind" but rather experiencing the natural, normal stages of grief and bereavement.

Our fully licensed and caring funeral directors are also very experienced in helping you through your loss and are available at any time. We can speak with you individually or in a group setting; at our funeral home, your home or anywhere of your choosing. We know of many good local grief support groups that can aid you in your grief recovery.

We have a wonderful playground on site to meet the special needs of grieving children. Coloring books and other appropriate materials specially designed for children, teens and young adults are also available.
