| East Greenbush- Dorothy Martelloni Valle age 87 yrs. of New York Avenue passed away at her residence Monday November 3, 2008. She was born in Albany and lived in East Greenbush since 1961. Mrs. Valle was employed as a receptionist for the Department of Social Services in Albany County and was a communicant of the Church of St. Mary at Clinton Heights. She was a former member of the ladies auxiliary of the Clinton Heights Fire Department and worked at the election polls for over 40 years for the Town of East Greenbush. Wife of the late Anthony A. Valle. Mother of Robert A. Valle of East Greenbush, Anthony M. (Rose) Valle of Atlanta, GA and Connie (Richard) George of East Greenbush. Grandmother of Nicholas, Christina, Daniel and Anthony Valle, Lianna Bishop, Ricky and Michael George and the late Robert Valle, Jr. Great Grandmother of Richard, Anthony, Michael, Nicolas and Isabella George, Nicholas and Jada Valle. Sister of Michael Martelloni of East Greenbush, Frances Locci of Rensselaer, Mary Giminiani of Albany and the late Theresa Cerevera. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the W. J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer Thursday morning at 9:00 and 10:00 at The Church of St. Mary at Clinton Heights where the Liturgy of Christian Death and Burial will be offered. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery East Greenbush. | ||
