Laney Cay Broomfield, infant daughter of Chris and Andrea Broomfield, was born on February 28, 2006, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Laney Cay passed away on February 28, 2006.
She is survived by her parents, Chris and Andrea, one brother, Taylor James (T.J.), and one sister, Ryann Michelle, all of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her grandparents, R.J. and Xollia Broomfield, of Canton, Mike Province, of Alva, and Richard Vogel, of Alva. Two great-grandmothers, Lavina Beavers, of Canton and Betty Province, of Alva; one great-great grandmother, Dorothy Otte, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Leta Cay Vogel, great-grandparents, Eldon and Lillie Dale Broomfield, Max and Alberta McAlister. Also two great-grandfathers, Dallion Beavers and Mart Province.
A private graveside ceremony will be held at Alva Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made through the funeral home to help with expenses.
