Theodore Green Jr.



Theodore Green, Jr., age 95, of So. Water Str., Westfield, NY, formerly of Bemus Point and Lakewood, NY, died Saturday, July 10, 2004 at The Waters of Westfield
in Westfield, New York.


A Western New York Resident most all his life, he was a graduate of East Aurora (NY) High School and earned his Master Degree in Engineering from MIT and returned to the area to become a Principle in the family business; Hydro Construction from where he retired from in 1971
.
Mr. Green was an avid golfer who played golf until age 94. He was a member of Moonbrook Country Club in Jamestown. He enjoyed reading. During his youger years was active in many different raquette sports including; tennis and badminton.

He was born November 26, 1908 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Theodore, Sr. and Anna Randall (Marston) Green.

Survivors include his wife
Jane (Dietsch) Norris Green of Westfield, NY, his 3 sons; Theodore Green, III of Merry Point, VA, Robert Green of Bangkok, Thailand, and David Green of Williamsville, NY, his two step-daughters; Ann Norris Moelk of Westfield, NY, and Joan Norris Meeder of Clymer, NY, his two grandchildren; Theodore Green, IV of Indianapolis, IN, and Wendelin Day Green-Orset of Arlington, VA, also survived by four Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Green, Sr. and his mother, Anna Randall (Marston) Green, by his daughter, Elizabeth "Betsy" Green , and by his two sisters Margaret Hanson and Ann Green .

Visitation will not be observed.

Funeral services will be held privately at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Jamestown, NY
Fr. Daniel Young of St. James Major Roman Catholic Church will be officiating.
