Julie A. Mead
Miss Julie A. Mead, age 47, of So. Portage Street, Westfield, NY, died Thursday December 02, 2004 at Westfield Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born April 23, 1957 in Westfield, New York the daughter of Jean (Allen) Mead with whom she resided, and the late Richard A. Mead.
Julie was a 1976 grauate of Westfield Academy and Central School and received her degree from Jamestown Community College. She had been employed by Westfield Nursery and Garden Shop, Westfield Central Schools and presently was an employee of Chautauqua County working in the Mayville Office Buildings. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Westfield and the American Quarter Horse Association.
Survivors includeher mother, Jean (Allen) Mead, her brother Dean A. Mead and her niece and nephew Brittany and Mitchell Mead all of Westfield, NY
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Austin Mead, who died on July 3, 2001.
Visitation will be at MASON Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 6, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at The MASON Funeral Home. Rev. Matthew Golibersuch of The United Methodist Church of Westfield will be officiating. Burial will be in the Westfield Cemetery in Westfield.
