Obituary Notice
Susan Lynn Riedesel

Susan Lynn Riedesel, 49, of Central Ave, Brocton, NY, formerly of Westfield, died Friday, March 18, 2005 at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk, New York after being stricken at home.

A Westfield area resident most all her life, she moved to Brocton 18 years ago. She was a 1973 graduate of Westfield Academy and Central Schools. She earned her Certification as a Nurses Aide from BOCES and attended JCC for nursing. She had been raised in the Westfield Baptist Church. She enjoyed Tri-Chem Painting, Photography, and her dog, Ashley, a miniature Daschound.
She had been employed by Chautauqua Opportunities doing home care nursing throughout Chautauqua County. She collected Precious Moments Dolls and Cherish Teddys Porcelain Dolls.

She was born February 11, 1956 in Westfield, New York the daughter of Virginia (Haskin) Riedesel with whom she made her home and the late Arthur Reidesel.

Survivors include her mother
Virginia M. (Haskin) Riedesel of Brocton, NY, her four brothers; Paul Riedesel of Canandaigua, NY, John Riedesel of Westfield, NY, Daniel Riedesel of Westfield, NY, and Ricky Riedesel of Eustis, FL, 10 Nieces and Nephews as well as 13 Great Nieces and Nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur P. Riedesel.

Visitation will be at MASON Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at MASON Funeral Home. Rev. Gary Nutt of Lake Erie Baptist Church of Brocton will be officiating. Private Burial will be in the Westfield Cemetery.
