WESTFIELD-Evelyn F. (Fletcher) Orlando, age 74of Clinton Street, Westfield, NY, died Wednesday in the St. Vincent Health Center, Erie, PA.

Born in Xenia, OH, on April 8, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Luke Fletcher and Edna (Houston) Fletcher Potts.

She had been an teachers aide for WACS during the 1970´s. She was a high achiever within the sales organization of Faye Swafford Luggage and Hand Bag Company during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. She was a extrordinary wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, reading and traveling.
1949 Graduate of Julienne High School of Dayton, OH.
Mrs. Orlando was a member of St. James Major Roman Catholic Church
St. James Major Altar And Rosary Society and the Mother´s Friendship Club for the past 45 yrs.
Evelyn was a woman who was truly cherished and loved by all.

Survived by two daughters: Julie M. Robino of Scottsdale, AZ, Beth A. Orlando-Powers of Westfield, NY and three sons: Mark V. Orlando of Baton Rouge, LA, David G. Orlando of Evergreen, CO, George T. Orlando of Westfield, NY also survived by 10 grandchildren: Colin Danna and Jenna Robino both of Scottsdale, AZ, Allyssa McDaniel of Manchester, NH, Timothy Orlando and Matthew Orlando of both Westfield, NY, Sean, Kylie, Tyler and Keenan Orlando all of Evergreen, CO, and Amelia Orlando of Baton Rouge, LA. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her step father, Robert Lee Potts and by her husband of 52 years, George V. Orlando who died on Febuary 5, 2005.

Friends may call Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton Street, Westfield, NY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2005 at 10 AM at St. James Major Roman Catholic Church. Private burial will be in St. James Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to St. James Major RC Church, 15 Union St., Westfield, NY 14787.
