| | | WESTFIELD-Marjorie Jane (Dubbert) Louch, age 81, of Jefferson Street, Westfield died Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Westfield Memorial Hospital with her family by her side.
Mrs. Louch was born November 10, 1924 in North East, PA the daughter of the late Carl W. and Margaret (Towner) Dubbert.
A resident of Westfield for sixty years, Mrs. Louch attended schools in Hamburg and Westfield, NY. She was a longtime employee of the Vine City Dairy where she was manager until her retirement in 1974. She had been an Election Inspector for the village of Westfield, volunteered as a Gray Lady for Westield Hospital and years ago was a Girl Scout leader. Marjorie attended St. James Major Church and was a member of the Wm. P. Jackway post 6764 VFW Auxilary. A homemaker, she enjoyed crossword puzzles, knitting, and tending to her yard and flower garden.
Her greatest loves were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A loving mother and grandmother she is survived by her daughter: Susan (Tom) Wickham of Gerry, NY , her Step-daughter, Patricia Louch of Las Vegas, NV; her sister: Gertrude Snyder of Hermitage, PA and her loving companion and Finacee, Angelo Gervasi of Westfield, NY. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren
Predeceased by her husband, Abraham Louch, who she married on April 6, 1973 and who died on December 16, 1989, and by her brother, Carlton Dubbert, and her sister, Earline Rowse.
as well as by her step-daughter Carlene Louch.
No Calling hours will be observed.
Friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday afternoon at 12 noon in Westfield Cemetery on Academy St. Memorials may be made to Charity of Choice.
