| Jennings: Funeral services for Alan Roy West, 34, will be held at St. Paul’s Baptist Church in Jennings, La on Saturday, January 16, 2010 @ 1:00 PM with Pastor Pernell Trent officiating. Alan passed away at his home January 6th. Visitation will be held at St. Paul’s Baptist Church on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of his services. Alan will be laid to rest in Parkview Cemetery.
Alan Roy was born in Lake Charles, La to the late Allen & Patricia Fontenot West on January 5, 1976. He was in the entertainment business, “Thug-Addic Entertainment”. Alan was the father of eight beautiful children. His hobbies were horse back riding, fishing, cars, and music. He was also an animal lover. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Leaving behind to cherish his memories is his beloved wife, Jacquelyn McDowell West of Jennings; eight beautiful children, Trayvon Hurt of Jennings, Jardell Delco of Crowley, Alan West Jr. of Jennings, Alanjae West of Jennings, Kimora LaSalle of Iowa, Kindelynn Hicks of Jennings, Alanee West also of Jennings, and Marlesha LaSalle of Iowa; two sisters, Daphne West Harmon and her husband Troy and Emily West all of Jennings; and one niece, Camri Thibodeaux of Jennings.
